For Australians Seeking Internships

We are pleased to offer the below internship opportunities for Australians looking for the chance to live and work in Thailand on a short-term basis.

Internships are a valuable opportunity to gain on-the-job experience.  Undertaking an internship in Thailand has the additional advantages of learning about another culture in an international business environment.

It is envisaged that most internships will be conducted under the auspices of Australia's working holiday arrangement with Thailand.  This allows Australian university graduates between the ages of 18 - 30 to live, work and travel in Thailand for a total of one year (three months per employer).  For further information and other conditions click here.  Please contact AustCham if you have any visa difficulties.

While conditions will vary, most internships will offer a modest allowance to assist with living expenses.  This may be comparatively small compared to salaries in Australia.  Thailand can be, however, an inexpensive place to live and even a small amount of money can go a long way.  To hear about the experiences of previous interns, please click here.

To be kept up to date with new internship opportunities as they arise simply enter your email address below.

If you are an employer and wish to post an internship opportunity on this page please contact Mark Carroll at AustCham Thailand via email execdirector@austchamthailand.com.
